Bollard Pull Test

Batam Shipping Agency recently oversaw an important project involving five tugboats undergoing bollard pull testing at a shipyard on Batam Island. This was a significant undertaking, and Batam Shipping Agency ensured that everything was in order well before the vessels arrived. They handled all necessary pre-arrival clearances, securing all the necessary permits and formalities to ensure a smooth operation.

The team at Batam Shipping Agency put in a tremendous effort to make sure that the bollard pull testing was executed without any hiccups. Unfortunately, there were no photos available from the testing process as the shipyard’s policy prohibited taking pictures within its working area. However, we do have some photographs of the tugboats while they were anchored in the area.

Thanks to the meticulous planning by the team at Batam Shipping Agency, the project went off without a hitch. The bollard pull testing proceeded smoothly. There were no delays, and the vessels were able to set sail on schedule, much to the satisfaction of the shipowners.
